Arkansas Valley AccuMed has been serving the Arkansas Valley for over 20 years. We service many counties and carry a full line of medical equipment including walkers, wheelchairs, lift chairs, bathroom safety devices, and items to keep the patient and caretaker safe including Hoyer or patient lifts and hospital beds.

Jerry W. Davis, R.Ph

I was born in Lamar, CO and lived in Holly until I went to College. I graduated from the University of Colorado School of Pharmacy in 1976. I then went to work for Pharmacy Services Inc at Ordway Pharmacy. In 1992 we started Arkansas Valley AccuMed and I have been here ever since. I am married to Peggy Davis and we have 4 children. We truly love the Arkansas Valley and the opportunities we have here.

Kyle Pickerill, Pharm.D.

Now, this is a story all about how

My life got flipped-turned upside down

And I’d like to take a minute

Just sit right there

I’ll tell you how I became a pharmacist that sits in a chair

From Ordway, Colorado born and raised

On the playground was where I spent most of my days

Chillin’ out maxin’ relaxin’ all cool

And shootin some b-ball outside of the school

When a generous boss was up to some good

Said you could be a pharmacist in the neighborhood

It was at Drake in Iowa that I sat in a chair

Thank God for my wife and the life that we share

Chris Janes, Pharm.D.

Dr. Janes has been blessed to serve SE Colorado for the past 6.5 years. He loves finding ways to integrate technology into his workflow
in order to enhance the services he can provide to his patients. He is board certified in geriatrics, which allows him to provide enhanced care to the residents in long term care facilities throughout SE Colorado. When he is not completing medication reviews at the nursing home, he can be found working at ValUMed Health Mart in Las Animas.

Susan Casper, Pharm.D.

Dr. Susan Casper was raised on a family farm in western Kansas. She obtained her Pharm.D. from the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy in May 2003. She married her husband Paul in 2005. They moved to the Arkansas Valley in 2006 so he could to return to the family farm. They have four boys that love helping on the farm. She has worked as a pharmacist with Arkansas Valley Pharmacy Accumed since 2006.
